On resurrection Sunday two of the disciples are met by Jesus on the road to Emmaus, but they don't recognise him. They had lost hope, but he reminds them of where to place their hope.

This message from Paul is a challenge to place Jesus at the centre of our story, because he is the only hope of the world.
