Overall Responsibility:
To foster the growth and development of the Sunday worship team, ensuring a dynamic and engaging worship experience. This role operates under the direction of the Creative Arts Pastor and in collaboration with the Worship Director.

Key Performance Areas:
Leadership of the Volunteer Worship Team:
- Lead and manage the volunteer worship team, ensuring effective communication, vision casting, care, recruitment, onboarding, and rostering of weekend teams.
Crafting Worship Experiences:
- Assist the Service Worship Leader in selecting songs, determining keys and arrangements, and organizing tracks as needed. Coordinate with the Worship Director (WD) and Creative Pastor (CP).
Service Flow:
- Facilitate clear communication between those involved in planning the service (CP and Tech) and those leading the worship elements.
Hours:
Join us in creating meaningful worship experiences and nurturing a thriving worship community.
- Rehearsals and Services: Attend all Sunday services and rehearsals, including Wednesday night rehearsals.
- Critical Meetings: Participate in key meetings, including the Ballito Staff Meeting on Mondays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM), monthly roster meetings, and one-on-one meetings with the Campus Pastor.
- Staff Meetings: Attend all staff meetings, as well as flow and production meetings, whenever possible.
